Getting Started
It's easy to get a quote from HAWC Benefits. Here's how it works.
- Contact us to set up an appointment. We will come to your office whenever it is convenient for you.
- Initial meeting. We will discuss your needs and learn more about your strategic plan and long-term expectations for insurance costs.
- Needs analysis. After our initial meeting, HAWC will prepare a "needs analysis," which allows us to customize the appropriate fit for the short term and long term. We combine premiums, cost sharing, products, philosophies, and wellness programs into a timeline for long term results.
- Proposal and quote meeting. At our next meeting, we will present our proposal and insurance quotes to you.
- Implementation. Once you've chosen HAWC, we will schedule an implementation meeting within one week to introduce the customer service team, collect key data and discuss any other questions you may have.
- That's it! We take care of everything else.
